There is nothing better than a class party when you are in 4K.  Easter egg hunting is the perfect excuse to get everyone together.  And we had the PERFECT day for it Thursday.

Wow.  Spring Break was fun.  And this was the best day!  Mom took me to the Easter Egg Hunt.  I met the Easter Bunny and had a really fun time. 

I also made a friend.  Melody and I had so much fun.

Then we went to Disney Playhouse LIVE!  

All my favorites including Mickey and Minnie and Pooh Bear!

I'm tired after all that fun!

Being five is great.  I get to use a full hand.  All five fingers. 

Mom let me pick a wish list of gifts my family members could get me. 

One of my favorite gifts is a cash register from my Mama. I play store all the time now and shop shop shop. 

Grandpa got me a Hello Kitty caes for Ninendo DS.  I am getting pretty good playing my games.  We had alot of fun. 

I woke up and got to decorate a cupcake with sprinkes for BREAKFAST.  Now that is a good day!

Then lunch at Monsoon Noodle.  A cake from De De.  And mom took the night off from work!

In school everyone is excited about the Christmas Play.  The children are singing, practicing their lines, getting used to their costumes.  But Mom was in the dark about it all.

So the other day Gracie climbs into the car after a fun day at school. and announced:  "We're doing a play mom!"

I asked her what kind of play, and Gracie fired back, "The Christmas Story."

So I asked her what she was going to be in the play.  She said, "I'm going to be an angel."

Then I asked, well who will be Mary and Joseph?

Gracie shrugged her shoulders and said, "Hmmm, I don't know.   But James is a wise guy!"

I almost drove off the road I was laughing so hard!

Remember reading Dick and Jane books, trying to learn to read?

These days the Bob Books have taken over.  

Using them, Gracie discovered the thrill of reading a book all by herself this weekend.
